ADNOC/EPC/EPCM Mechanical Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Mechanical Sales Engineer who is currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with proven experience in supplying mechanical equipment to ADNOC and EPC projects. This role requires a strong technical background in valves, pig launchers, receivers, and other pipeline equipment, combined with the ability to manage customer relationships and close deals effectively in the oil & gas sector.

Important Note:

Only candidates currently residing in Abu Dhabi with a successful track record in ADNOC projects and experience dealing with EPC companies will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop sales opportunities related to ADNOC and EPC projects across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
• Generate inquiries and prepare competitive technical and commercial offers for valves related pipeline equipment.
• Conduct product presentations, technical meetings, and solution-based discussions with ADNOC end users, consultants, and EPC contractors.
• Understand detailed technical specifications and propose suitable equipment solutions.
• Coordinate with international manufacturers and suppliers on pricing, technical data, and delivery schedules.
• Build long-term relationships with procurement departments, project managers, and technical teams within ADNOC and EPC companies.
• Track project pipelines, submit pre-qualifications, and actively participate in the tendering process.
• Submit accurate sales forecasts, market feedback, and competitor activity reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of direct sales experience in Abu Dhabi, dealing with ADNOC projects and EPC contractors.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and piping systems in the oil & gas sector.
• Demonstrated experience supplying mechanical products for ADNOC-approved projects.
• Strong communication, technical presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid UAE driving license.

Preferred Attributes:

• Currently residing in Abu Dhabi or nearby emirates.
• ADNOC vendor or subcontractor experience is mandatory.
• Well-connected with EPC companies and end-users in the UAE oil & gas market.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and technically proficient.
• Fluent in English.
