• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices and processes.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high coding standards and quality.
• Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with web standards and best practices to deliver accessible and secure web applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and visually appealing web interfaces.
