Ads Operations / Arbitrage Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ads Operations / Arbitrage Executive to manage, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent Excel expertise, and high proficiency in English for reporting and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns to maximize revenue and ROI

Manage arbitrage traffic across DSPs, SSPs, and ad networks

Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, ROI, margins) and identify optimization opportunities

Create and maintain reports using Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)

Identify underperforming sources, creatives, or placements and take corrective actions

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign setup and troubleshooting

Ensure compliance with platform policies and quality standards

Track budgets, pacing, and daily performance targets
