Ads Specialist

We’re Hiring: Meta, LinkedIn & Google Ads Specialist (2 Positions)

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Ad Expert to plan, create, and manage high-performing ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube, working from Lahore for US-based clients (night shift).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns for US clients
• Optimize campaigns to achieve high ROI and lead generation
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audiences
• Collaborate with the creative team for ad design and messaging
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and ad platform changes
• Suggest strategies to increase conversion rates and reduce ad spend wastage

Key Requirements (Must-Have):

• 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns
• Proven track record running US-targeted campaigns with measurable results
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, and analytics
• Excellent English communication skills
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Google Ads Manager, Analytics, and other ad tools
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines

Bonus (Preferred):

• Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital services advertising
• Knowledge of funnel strategy and lead generation campaigns
• Ability to create ad copies and basic creative assets
