• The student needs to work with a tutor for assistance with passing the Conditioned Air Contractor Exam.
• The student has been out of school since 2003 and needs to prepare to take his upcoming Conditioned Air Contractor Exam. He gets two attempts to take and pass this test by February 2027. He stated that he has the material for the test and has highlighted important information. He would like a tutor for concept overview, test prep, and test taking strategies. He does have all of the videos from the online course available for review with the tutor as well.

• The student is asking for 1 hour sessions 2 times a week, between 9am-6pm, any day Monday through Thursday.
• The student is seeking a tutor who can meet at his work in Mableton in the Ragan Plaza.

Conditioned Air Contractor Exam

A Conditioned Air Contractor exam, such as the Georgia Class I (Restricted) or Class II (Unrestricted) license, requires applicants to pass a proctored, open-book test covering HVAC design, installation, and safety. Key exam topics include the 2024 International Mechanical Code, 2023 National Electrical Code, manuals J and D for load calculations, and business management.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have prior experience working with adults.
• Ideal candidates will have prior experience tutoring or teaching test prep.
• Ideal candidates will have taken and passed the Conditioned Air Contractor Exam.
• Willing to travel within your preferred local radius to meet the student (typically 5-10 miles)
• Due to insurance requirements, applicants must not be a minor.

Availability

MON-THUR: 9:00am-6:00pm
