First Shift (United States of America)APP Specialty Care - Electrophysiology
The Electrophysiology APP is an exciting opportunity to join a specialized cardiology team focused on the evaluation and care of patients with cardiac rhythm disorders. This APP will work closely with electrophysiology physicians and multidisciplinary partners to provide comprehensive care for patients with arrhythmias, device management needs, and other complex cardiac conditions. The role may include both outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, with opportunities to evaluate patients independently, support diagnostic and therapeutic treatment planning, and assist with procedures as appropriate. Experience in electrophysiology and general cardiology is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who is clinically confident, collaborative, and ready to make a meaningful impact for patients receiving advanced cardiac care.
Priority consideration will be given to applicants with 5+ years of Electrophysiology APP experience and 2+ years of general cardiology experience.
Schedule
Full-time, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday
Exempt position
Schedule may include a combination of outpatient clinic and inpatient responsibilities
Hours may vary based on clinic, procedural, and service needs
Provide comprehensive care to individuals and families with cardiac conditions including coronary artery disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, cardiac arrhythmias, and heart failure in an outpatient and/or inpatient setting for medical patients. Evaluate for emergent medical conditions including ACS, STEMI, life threatening arrhythmias, and cardiogenic shock. Diagnose medical conditions, plan and implement interventions, and evaluate patient responses in collaboration with a designated supervising physician. Perform and assist with diagnostic and therapeutic medical and/or surgical procedures.
