Role Description The Advanced Aesthetician & Client Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. This role performs advanced aesthetic services, including skin care treatments and hair removal procedures, following established protocols and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients, assessing skin and aesthetic concerns, and recommending appropriate treatment plans and home-care products. The role also coordinates client appointments, manages schedules, supports front desk operations, and ensures a smooth, welcoming experience from check-in to follow-up. The Advanced Aesthetician & Client Coordinator maintains treatment rooms and equipment, documents services accurately, collaborates with clinical staff, and contributes to sales of services, packages, and products while upholding ethical, client-focused service.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in advanced aesthetic services, including Skin Care treatments and Hair Removal techniques.
  • Education and/or licensure in Cosmetology or Esthetics, with a strong foundation in professional standards and safety practices.
  • Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and create a positive client experience.
  • Sales skills with experience recommending services, packages, and products aligned with client needs and goals.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow clinical protocols and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Comfort using scheduling and practice management software; basic computer literacy (email, EMR/spa software, documentation).
  • Prior experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic setting is preferred.
