Advanced Aesthetician & Client Coordinator (Advanced Aesthetician OR License Required)

About us

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Advanced Aesthetician to join our Medical Spa as an aesthetician who performs treatments and manages client relationships. You will be offering aesthetician services such as HydraFacial, Facials, Dermaplaning, Peels, Laser, Microneedling/RF and Laser Lipo. You will also be responsible for serving as a client coordinator at the spa and be responsible for day to day operations of the spa, including scheduling, checkin/checkout and building relationships with clients such that they are seen as trusted advisors.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day operations of the spa – checkin/checkout of clients, maintenance of the facility, inventory reconciliation, scheduling and sales of services and products.
• Communicate, educate and sell services and products to meet client goals
• Ramp on aesthetician modalities and offer services such as HydraFacial, Facials, Laser, RF Micro and Laser Lipo.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
• Role model policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient spa operations.
• Create videos and content for social media posting.
• Manage inventory and order supplies and equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized spa environment that meets all health and safety regulations.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the spa's offerings.

Requirements:

• You are the type who can roll up your sleeves and run and grow a business.
• Great with customers and sales.
• Excellent multi-tasker, with great phone etiquette.
• Certified Advanced Aesthetician with license to work in Oregon. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ADVANCED AESTHETICIAN LICENSE FOR OREGON.
• Passionate about building a career in aesthetics.
• Knowledge of spa software/schedule, inventory management systems, and booking systems.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that meets all health and safety regulations.
• Be comfortable with creating social media content.
• Strong organizational, time management and team skills.
• Be trustworthy.
