Advanced Esthetician (Full-Time)

Aspire Total Body Sculpt is seeking a full-time Advanced Esthetician who is passionate about body contouring, lymphatic health, and results-driven treatments.

Role Overview

As an Advanced Esthetician at Aspire, you will play a major role in both the client experience and the continued growth of the company.

This is not a “clock in and clock out” position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is confident educating clients, and understands the importance of client retention, package recommendations, and helping clients stay consistent with their treatment plans.

You will receive hands-on training in Aspire’s body contouring systems and proprietary lymphatic drainage methods, allowing you to build a highly specialized and in-demand skill set within the wellness and aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive body contouring treatments including:
• Laser lipo
• Ultrasonic cavitation
• Radio frequency
• Skin tightening
• Body sculpting therapies
• Perform manual lymphatic drainage treatments following Aspire protocols
• Educate clients on body health, treatment expectations, and long-term results
• Build customized treatment recommendations based on client goals
• Confidently recommend packages, upgrades, and maintenance plans through education and client trust
• Maintain accurate charting, treatment notes, and client documentation
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation standards, and professional room presentation
• Deliver high-quality treatments while working efficiently and consistently
• Contribute to a positive, growth-focused team culture
• Support Aspire’s growth through professionalism, consistency, accountability, and strong client care

• Licensed Advanced Esthetician in Oregon
• Strong passion for body treatments and wellness-based services
• Interest in body contouring, lymphatic drainage, detox therapies, and post-treatment care
• Sales-minded and comfortable recommending treatment plans and packages
• Strong communication and client education skills
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated

Compensation & Growth Opportunities

• Starting pay: $21+/hour depending on experience
• Tiered commission structure:
• 3% base package commission
• 5% commission after monthly sales goals are reached
• 7% high-performer commission tier
