The State of Connecticut, Department of Children and Families (DCF) – is accepting applications for one (1) full-time Advanced Clinical Social Worker at the New Haven DCF Area Office, located at One Long Wharf, New Haven, CT.
Please note: Some regional coverage for the Milford DCF Area Office, located at 38 Wellington Rd., Milford, CT may be included.
In the role of Advanced Clinical Social Worker, you will coordinate and monitor treatment services to support progress and align care with the agency’s mission, while collaborating with community partners to improve the quality and continuity of services. The role includes offering clinical support to DCF Social Workers in the field and during professional meetings, identifying needs, and making appropriate referrals for substance use services for DCF-involved families.
