This position serves individuals with severe and persistent substance use disorders in an intensive rehabilitation setting.
We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and motivated clinical professional who is passionate about helping individuals achieve recovery.
The selected candidate will provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, individual, family, and group treatment services, collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, develop individualized treatment plans, and support patients as they transition to less restrictive levels of care.
