ADVANCED ESTHETICIAN (EXPERIENCED) – Reviance Portland

Embark on a fulfilling career with Reviance Portland, a premier facial plastic surgery practice dedicated to the art of comprehensive facial rejuvenation.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Esthetician with hands-on experience in Ultherapy, Microneedling, IPL treatments and medical grade chemical peels and facials. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a provider who can confidently perform advanced treatments, deliver exceptional results, and contribute to a high-performing aesthetic team.

This is a full-time position, with compensation based on experience.

This role offers significant growth potential, including the opportunity to advance into a Lead Esthetician or Med Spa Manager position for the right candidate. Previous leadership or management experience will be strongly considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, concierge-level patient care from consultation through treatment and follow-up
• Perform advanced esthetic services including Ultherapy, IPL, Microneedling, facials, chemical peels, DiamondGlow, Emsculpt and other laser-based treatments
• Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized skincare and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant patient documentation
• Support a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment
• Actively participate in product recommendations and retail sales
• Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience

Position Requirements:

• Current Oregon Advanced Esthetician License (required)
• Proven, hands-on experience with Ultherapy, Microneedling, and IPL (required)
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a medical spa or plastic surgery setting preferred
• Strong consultation, communication, and patient relationship skills
• Confidence working in a performance-driven, sales-oriented environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Highly dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
• Experience with Modernizing Medicine (ModMed) or similar EMR systems is a plus
• Management or leadership experience is a plus for growth opportunities
