Are you a Nevada Licensed Advanced Esthetician AND Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) looking for an exciting opportunity to expand your skills in a luxury wellness environment? This is a unique opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by one of New York City's top Massage Therapists and Lymphatic Drainage Specialists, with over 15 years of experience. Our primary specialty is Post-Operative and Therapeutic Lymphatic Drainage, and you will receive hands-on training in our signature treatment protocols.

Position Details

• Position: Dual Licensed Advanced Esthetician & Massage Therapist
• Location: In-office and concierge (in-home) appointments
• Schedule: Flexible on-call block scheduling
• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Compensation: Competitive pay per session + 100% of your tips

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional massage therapy and advanced esthetic services
• Perform concierge in-home services and in-office treatments
• Learn and perform WickedTight's specialized lymphatic drainage techniques
• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals
• Educate clients on treatment options and home care recommendations
• Maintain accurate client documentation and treatment notes
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and common areas remain spotless, sanitized, and inspection-ready
• Follow all Nevada State Board of Massage Therapy and Nevada State Board of Cosmetology regulations
• Maintain legal compliance, sanitation standards, and infection-control procedures
• Travel to client locations when scheduled
• Provide an outstanding luxury client experience that encourages repeat business and referrals
• Assist with daily operations and support the overall success of the practice
