Who We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced esthetician who:

• Has 1+ years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics
• Has developed a loyal client base and takes pride in building lasting relationships
• Delivers exceptional customer service that keeps clients coming back
• Loves educating clients about skin health and treatment plans
• Wants to continue growing professionally in a collaborative environment
• Is passionate about natural, results-driven skincare

Responsibilities

You'll have the opportunity to provide customized treatment plans while helping shape each client's long-term skincare journey.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform advanced facial treatments, Hydrafacial, microneedling, and laser treatments
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Recommend medical-grade skincare to support treatment outcomes
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional care and follow-up
• Maintain detailed treatment documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with our injectors and providers on comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans
• Participate in educational events, community outreach, and marketing / social media content
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and advanced treatment techniques

Qualifications

• Active Idaho Esthetician or Master Esthetician License
• 1+ years of experience in a medical spa or advanced aesthetic practice preferred
• Existing clientele is a bonus
• Experience performing advanced facial treatments and skin rejuvenation services
• Experience with laser treatments
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Passion for skincare education and long-term patient success
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset

Compensation & Benefits

$18 - $25/hour + commission
