We are a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled Advanced Excel Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating professional templates, designing dashboards, automating tasks with macros, and developing visually appealing graphs and spreadsheets for various business use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Template Development, Design, and create professional Excel templates tailored to diverse business needs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Making automated timelines and Gantt charts with a live calendar.
- Using custom codes to create custom automation and functions.
- Excel Dashboard Design, develop dynamic dashboards and interactive data visualizations to support reporting and decision-making processes.
- Macro and VBA Programming: Automate repetitive tasks using macros and VBA to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Data Analysis, Perform advanced data analysis utilizing complex formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data validation techniques.
- Collaboration, work closely with team members to understand requirements and translate them into effective Excel solutions.
- Quality Assurance, ensure all Excel deliverables are of high quality, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Excel features and industry best practices to continually improve processes and tools.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working extensively with advanced Microsoft Excel.
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, functions, coding, Gantt charts, timelines, live calendars, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis tools.
- Strong experience with dashboard design and data visualization.
- Proficient in macro creation and VBA programming.
- Ability to design visually appealing and professional templates.
Soft Skills:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
