s an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. EY RESPONSIBILITIES L

  • ead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity. D
  • evelop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement. C
  • ollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies. P
  • rovide test and manufacturing support for Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP) production. P
  • erform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends and drive yield improvements. U
  • tilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices. I
  • nvestigate and resolve technical issues, facilitate issue identification and analysis. D
  • evelop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions. A
  • ssist development of new products. S
  • upport knowledge for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow. F
  • acilitate a self-driven work force culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals. T

OU MUST HAVE B

  • achelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. 2
  • + years of experience in advanced manufacturing or process optimization. S
  • trong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing. E
  • xperience with data analysis and statistical process control. P
  • roficiency in manufacturing software tools and technologies relevant to process optimization. W

he annual base salary range for this position is $82,400 - $103,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

The business develops and manufactures air and thermal systems, mechanical components, and wheels and braking systems. It also manages and operates facilities for the Federal government. Every 5 seconds, an aircraft lands with Honeywell Wheels and brakes. The entire fleet of U.S military fighters and trainers use Honeywell Cabin Pressure Systems. T
