Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive primary care for adults and youth.
Provide mental health assessments and medication management
Performs, orders, and interprets diagnostic tests within the scope of the medical standards and guidelines.
Prescribes drug therapy according to standard medical practice and within prescriptive practice regulations.
Recognizes common gynecologic and non-gynecologic medical problems and other deviations from normal and provides management or referrals as appropriate.
Conduct trauma-informed exams and document of services in EHR
Facilitate services both in person and via telehealth
Collaborate with therapists and case managers
Completes tasks that support patient care such as prescription refills, phone consultations, and patient follow-up.
Empower patients through education, advocacy, and continuity of care
Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred not required)
