Advanced Nurse Practitioner(Female )

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and articulate Nurse or Medical Practitioner to interact with clients over the phone, address their medical queries, and provide appropriate medication guidance. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong medical foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients regarding health concerns
• Understand symptoms and provide basic medical advice as per protocols
• Guide patients on prescribed medications and usage
• Maintain accurate records of consultations and follow-ups
• Ensure a calm, empathetic, and professional patient experience

Eligibility Criteria:

• Medical background (GNM, BSc Nursing, ANM, MBBS, or relevant qualification)
• Freshers with a medical background are welcome to apply
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and patient-handling skills

• Telephonic consultation or patient interaction skills
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills

Salary+Incentives will be provided.

Pay: ₹11,284.59 - ₹25,581.00 per month
