In this position...

The program scheduler will support Final Assembly Engineering by leading the development, maintenance, and governance of multiple integrated master schedules. In this role, you will ensure on-time delivery aligned with strategic program objectives, provide early visibility into schedule risks and variances, and enable data-driven decision making through accurate reporting and scenario analysis.

The Program Scheduler works collaboratively across program teams and leadership to optimize scheduling performance and cross-functional resource utilization.

What you'll do...

  • Schedule Development & Maintenance: Develop baseline and maintain integrated master schedule for multiple programs.
  • Governance & Control: Establish and enforce governance, baseline management, change control, and regular status reporting cadences across programs.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Produce and present schedule status dashboards and executive summaries for leadership and program sponsors. Clearly communicate risk exposures and forecasted delivery dates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with project managers, system owners, engineers and purchasing to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Engineering).
  • 3+ years of dedicated scheduling or project management experience, with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-project programs.
  • High proficiency with professional scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project).
  • Strong MS Excel skills (advanced formulas, data analysis, and dashboard creation).
  • Experience with project collaboration and reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI) is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of critical path analysis, scenario planning, and resource leveling.

Even better, you may have...

  • PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.


Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
