Work Schedule:
Our Hillsdale Health and Wellness Clinic hours are 1000-1800 weekdays plus Saturdays on a rotation. Our other clinics operate 0800 - 1700 weekdays only

- Current Michigan Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (available through Hillsdale Hospital)
Responsibilities
- Perform annual wellness exams, pre-employment physicals, treat injuries and illnesses, and promote good health and disease prevention
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses
- Recommend diagnostic or therapeutic interventions with attention to safety, cost, invasiveness, simplicity, acceptability, adherence, and efficacy
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays
- Prescribe medication
- Educate patients about prevention and self-management of acute or chronic illnesses, tailoring instructions to patients' individual circumstances
- Monitor patients’ conditions and maintain accurate, detailed and confidential reports and records
- Create a comfortable, non-judgmental, compassionate environment for patients
