How You Will Make an Impact:

We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP)—either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensed in Texas—who is passionate about working in unison with our team of providers to ensure optimal outcomes for patients. You will collaborate with our physical medicine team, ranging from chiropractors, pain management, neurology, orthopedics, and behavioral health, supporting your patient’s functional, clinical, and psychosocial needs during patients’ intake process.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive telemedicine video visits with patients using Zoom
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate with patients, medical assistants, and other healthcare providers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring:

  • Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing.
  • 2+ years of experience in neurology.
  • Preference to work in physical medicine (patients are often concurrently seeing chiropractic, pain management, neurology, orthopedics, and behavior health)
  • Telehealth experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Verbal and written Spanish skills are a plus but not required.
  • Timely completion of patient charting and documentation.
  • Full adherence to HIPAA rules and regulations including all ethical considerations of the practice of medicine

Work Location: Remote - Licensed to practice in Texas

Work Hours: Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k, $25,000 company-paid life insurance, optional STD and LTD, and paid time off. Salary based on experience. Malpractice insurance, paid licensing renewals, and a CME budget are included.
