Advanced Practice Provider – Family Medicine – Integrative Medicine Physicians

Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to join Integrative Medicine Physicians in Harrisonburg, VA. In this full-time outpatient role, you’ll care for a diverse patient population—from pediatrics through geriatrics—while focusing on preventive care and the management of chronic conditions. You’ll work alongside experienced physicians and fellow APPs who are committed to supporting your growth through mentorship, robust training, and a flexible schedule designed to promote true work-life balance. Position Highlights:

• Full-time position with flexibility to work a 4-day work week

• 36 patient contact hours & 4 hours admin time

• Monday-Friday, 7:30am 4:30pm - no weekends

• Collaborative setting with 2 physicians, 2 APPs, and 6 support staff

• 14-16 patients a day on average

• Minimal call schedule – once every 8 weeks – 24-7 nurse triage team utilized first

Minimum Requirements:

• Active NP or PA

• Master's Degree required

• 5 + years of direct care RN experience preferred in med surge, emergency department, or ambulatory care setting
