What you can expect at your practice:

• Join our team at York Hospital, supporting our busy 44-bed Level III NICU.
• Work 12-hour call shifts, averaging approximately 26 shifts over an 8-week period. Shift times are 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. and 11 a.m. - 11 p.m.
• Be part of a dynamic team with 5 Neonatologists and 8 full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, enjoying autonomy with full neonatology support.
• Care for ELGAN patients and utilize cutting-edge resources, including jet and oscillator ventilators, in-unit lactation counselors, respiratory therapists, and pharmacists.
• Benefit from support from Pediatric Surgery (Johns Hopkins), Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Ophthalmology.
• Opportunities for experienced NNPs to excel, and a willingness to train new NNPs to become confident, independent practitioners.
