Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

The APRN will provide and manage direct patient care, including assessments, physical examinations, evaluations, diagnoses and treatment in the SNF/ALF post-acute setting with physician oversight.

We are a physician-owned and operated practice that provides experienced and professional hospital-based physician services, outpatient SNF/ALF care and Wound Care to maintain continuity of care for our patients. Our philosophy is centered upon developing long lasting Hospital and outpatient relationships and simply practicing good medicine.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
