Responsibilities
The Advertiser Experience team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and Commerce and ensuring advertiser quality on our platform.
In this Partner Development role, you will directly help sales teams and some of the best companies in the world to advertise safely on TikTok, relying on close partnerships with a team of programme managers, policy specialists, and many others.
You will do this by means of metrics and coaching, continuously monitoring the performance of your clients and markets.
Responsibilities
This role is mostly, but not exclusively operational. As a Partner Development Specialist you will:
- Personally curate the compliance with TikTok's monetization policies for a number of advertisers in a number of fields, such as e-commerce, apps, consumer goods, and more.
- Collaborate with your colleagues around the world to understand the regional nuances sales and advertisers must be aware of to be successful in their campaigns.
- Investigate what's causing frustrations to advertisers and sales, working with programme managers to solve for the root cause and not for the symptoms.
- Train sales and advertisers to make sure they stay ahead of the curve when policies and processes change.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:- Proven experience in customer success or technical support, preferably with a background in analytics and/or marketing.
- Great familiarity with data visualization and manipulation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:- Demonstrate autonomy and good judgement in unexplored challenges, basing your work on data and real-world feedback.
- Attention to detail expressed as being able to uncover non-obvious dependencies, as much as creating well-crafted documents and presentations.
- Curiosity for the marketing and technical aspects that are tied to the field of on-line advertisement.
