Hourly + Commission Sales Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Representative to join our team part-time. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our advertising solutions to businesses across the Montana HiLine and SW Montana. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored advertising strategies that drive their business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise and a passion for strategy, enabling them to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth in designated territories.
• Present advertising solutions to clients, emphasizing the benefits of our products and services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals that meet client needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Experience

• Proven experience in B2B sales, retail sales, or marketing promotion is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation and business development within an outside sales environment.
• Familiarity with territory sales strategies and techniques is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• A background in advertising is a plus but not required.
