TikTok Account Manager
The E-Commerce Account Manager (TikTok Shop) will be fully responsible for managing and growing Sunny Health & Fitness’s TikTok Shop presence. This role will oversee platform performance, sales growth, inventory planning, promotional strategy, content coordination, and overall account health on TikTok.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage the company’s TikTok Shop account end-to-end

Ensure account health, compliance, and adherence to TikTok Shop policies

Monitor performance metrics and optimize for growth

Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, conversion rate, and average order value

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data and performance KPIs

Identify growth opportunities through promotions, campaigns, bundles, and pricing strategies

Manage TikTok platform campaigns, flash sales, and platform-driven promotions

Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations

Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to forecast demand

Align inventory planning with campaign calendars and sales projections

Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external creators/affiliates

Support TikTok Live selling initiatives

Ensure product listings are optimized (SEO, descriptions, images, videos)

Analyze content performance and recommend improvements

Work closely with paid media teams on TikTok Ads performance

Optimize product feed and shop visibility

Monitor ROAS, CAC, and ad performance metrics
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

3+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace account management

Direct experience managing TikTok Shop strongly preferred

Strong analytical skills with experience using performance dashboards

Advanced Excel skills required

Experience in fast-paced consumer goods or fitness industry preferred
