Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Advertising Executive specializing in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Meta’s advertising ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive measurable results for performance and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop end-to-end Meta Ads strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Conduct target audience research, competitor analysis, and market insights to guide campaign planning.
- Set clear KPIs, budget allocations, and funnel frameworks for various campaign types (lead generation, conversion, traffic, awareness).
2. Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Build, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network.
- Use A/B testing frameworks (creative, audience, placement, bidding) to refine performance.
- Implement advanced targeting techniques (Custom Audiences, Lookalikes, behavioral data use).
- Manage daily pacing, delivery, and bid strategies to ensure ROAS and CPA goals.
3. Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad copies, visuals, and video assets.
- Provide creative briefs backed by data insights.
- Analyze creative performance and suggest improvements.
4. Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Events Manager.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and retention performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
5. Client or Stakeholder Management
- Present strategy proposals, performance updates, and optimization plans.
- Manage expectations related to goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain relationships with Meta reps where applicable.
Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of campaign objectives, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and optimization methods.
- Proficiency in Meta Pixel, CAPI, Google Analytics, and attribution models.
- Experience with e-commerce, D2C brands, lead-gen funnels, or app-install campaigns (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
