Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong experience in advertising and media sales.
The role involves client acquisition, brand promotion, and revenue generation through 360° advertising solutions including outdoor, digital, and event marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new business clients across multiple industries.
  • Promote 360° advertising services such as:
  • Outdoor media (hoardings, billboards)
  • Transit advertising (bus, metro, auto branding)
  • Print & digital advertising
  • Event management and brand activations
  • Develop customized advertising strategies based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate with creative, operations, and execution teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Track competitors, analyze market trends, and share regular insights.
  • Report daily updates to management (meetings, leads, pipeline, and market feedback).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing services.
  • Strong knowledge of the Delhi NCR advertising market and existing client connections.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
