  • Prospect and generate new business leads through calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable ad solutions.
  • Create media plans, sales proposals, and pricing structures.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
  • Coordinate with the design and production departments for campaign materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and share post-campaign reports with clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to build contacts.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to management to improve products and services.
  • Uphold company brand values and ensure high standards of customer service.
  • Identify and approach potential clients to sell advertising space across various media (print, digital, outdoor, broadcast, etc.).
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop customized advertising proposals based on client needs and target audience.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and ad placement details.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure ad campaigns meet client expectations.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and media innovations.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and pitches.
  • Manage client accounts from initial contact to post-campaign follow-up.
  • Ensure timely billing, payment collection, and campaign execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
