JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new sales leads within the HORECA sector.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of potential clients.
- Promote and sell products or services by conducting client visits, product presentations, and tastings.
- Client Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Provide ongoing support, resolve customer concerns, and ensure client satisfaction to foster long-term retention.
Sales Operations:
- Negotiate prices, supply terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather client feedback to enhance product offerings.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and competitive insights for management.
Achieving Targets:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth.

- Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to meet sales targets, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey product benefits and build rapport with clients.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the HORECA industry, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Relationship Building: Strong skills in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Good time management, organization, and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in using digital tools for sales and record-keeping.
- must have Qatar Driving license and have experience in "HORECA" Hotel Restaurant and Cafes

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
