Hiring Sales Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven sales skills to drive business opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. Experience in oil & gas related trading and contracting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the trading and contracting sector, with a focus on oil & gas.
  • Meet with clients to understand technical and commercial requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate quotations and project offers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the oil & gas sector.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall company growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.

  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer in trading & contracting companies within Qatar or GCC.
  • Prior exposure to oil & gas sector trading is preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to present solutions effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Proven ability to develop networks and manage customer accounts.
