Q Real Estate looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the real estate market and a strong sales background.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in real estate sales within Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid Qatari driving license and own car.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations with clients.
• Prepare necessary documents and coordinate with relevant parties.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
