Real Estate Executive

seeking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate executive

to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties, providing exceptional service and expert guidance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Assist buyers and tenants in finding properties that meet their requirements and budget.

Advise sellers and landlords on market trends, pricing strategies, and property presentation.

Conduct property viewings, open houses, and site visits.

Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.

Provide accurate information on legal guidelines, market conditions, and financing options.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property market trends and competition.

Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including brokers, developers, and legal advisors.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with the similar role.

Strong understanding of the real estate market and property valuation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and group functions, to ensure transparency, performance, and service excellence.

* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, actively promoting a safe working culture across all operations.
