Job Description:
We are seeking female real estate consultants to join our Residential Leasing & Sales team. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build strong client relationships while achieving sales and leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads for residential properties (leasing & sales).
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.
• Negotiate and close deals in alignment with company policies.
• Maintain and expand a strong client network.
• Ensure up-to-date knowledge of market trends, prices, and competition.
• Handle all necessary documentation and contracts related to leasing and sales.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Proven experience in real estate (leasing and/or sales) preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/French other languages is a plus).
• Must be currently based in Qatar with valid residency permit and QID.
• Strong work ethic and ability to achieve targets.
• Driver’s license & car preferred.
