Job Summary: Real Estate Sales Agent – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for ambitious Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team in Doha. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market properties through online and offline channels
• Conduct property tours and advise clients on options
• Build strong relationships with landlords, buyers, and investors
• Stay informed about Qatar’s property laws and market trends

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing in Qatar preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid Qatari Driving License and own car preferred
• Transferable visa with NOC
• Any nationality is welcome to apply

Compensation

• 100% commission-based (no basic salary)
• Attractive, uncapped commission structure
• Marketing support and client leads provided
