REAL ESTATE AGENT

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide expert guidance on the local real estate market and ensure clients understand every step of the process.
• Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing properties to prospective buyers.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate interest in property listings.
• Negotiate offers and draft sales agreements, contracts, and closing documents.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by offering exceptional customer service and frequent communication.
• Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and local developments to provide accurate, timely advice.
• Manage property listings on real estate platforms and ensure accurate, attractive representation of each property.
• Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other industry professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Build and maintain a robust client network through prospecting, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Having experience as Real Estate Agent in Doha, Qatar
• With valid QID
• With Driving License
• Salary on Commission Basis (70%)
