Advertising Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive advertising sales for elevator screen placements and other digital media inventory, meeting both personal and team sales goals.
  • Build new client relationships and sustain long-term cooperation, especially across sectors such as retail, education, healthcare, and supermarkets.
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle, including client discussions, proposal development, contract negotiations, and payment follow-up.

Requirements:
  • Open to both male and female candidates.
  • English is required as a working language; Arabic would be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the UAE, with a strong understanding of the local market.
  • Prior experience in digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising, social media advertising, or integrated marketing services will be an advantage.

Benefits:
  • Employment visa and local medical insurance will be provided.
  • 30 days of paid annual leave, plus a round-trip ticket to the home country upon completion of one full year of service.
  • Monthly salary consists of a base of 5,000–6,000 AED, together with a performance bonus and 7% sales commission.
  • Accommodation, meals, and transportation will be arranged by the employee.
