We’re on the lookout for a passionate Advertising Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
Purpose of Role:
The Advertising Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives across all advertising channels, including digital platforms, airport media, and special projects. This role focuses on building strong client and agency relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale support. By collaborating with internal departments and staying attuned to market trends, the Advertising Sales Manager ensures the delivery of impactful advertising solutions that meet client needs and contribute to the company’s commercial success.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow advertising revenue across all channels (digital, airport media, special projects etc.).

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, as well as advertising agencies.

Identify new business opportunities and lead generation channels.

Lead the end-to-end sales process: offer preparation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales support.

Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, finance, operations) to deliver effective advertising solutions.

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular revenue and pipeline reports.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Manage a team of sales executives (if applicable), providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Manage processes with a sustainability perspective, considering their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts, plan and implement company strategies, and encourage teams in this direction.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising sales, preferably in media, digital, or airport advertising sectors.

Strong network of clients and agencies is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
