Advertising Technology & Operations Manager

Overview

We are looking for an Advertising Technology & Operations Manager to join our growing Advertising & Brand Partnerships function at This role sits at the core of our advertising ecosystem and will be responsible for ensuring the technical health, performance, and delivery quality of all advertising campaigns across our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end ad serving performance and delivery accuracy.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues such as viewability, video completion, and discrepancies between codes and impressions served.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve ad placements, load timing, SDK and tag implementations.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance across all formats.
  • Establish and enforce performance benchmarks and standards.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for internal stakeholders, partners, and agencies.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Ad Tech, or Digital Advertising.
  • Strong understanding of ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager), programmatic ecosystems, SDK integrations, and tracking tags.
  • Experience troubleshooting delivery discrepancies and performance issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with technical and commercial teams.
