Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Move & Sell GPO process library in SIGNAVIO
  • Ensure all process documentation reflects current operational practices and complies with BPM standards.
  • Receive and review update requests from process owners, custodians, and SMEs.
  • Incorporate approved changes into process hierarchy, flows, and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with process owners and managers to obtain necessary approvals for changes.
  • Follow defined governance workflows and approval matrices for process updates.
  • Apply RT Global BPM guidelines, modelling standards, and naming conventions consistently across all process documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with GPO governance principles and maintain version control.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline process documentation and improve governance workflows.
  • Support initiatives for process simplification and harmonization across regions and business units.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) principles and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with BPM tools (e.g., SIGNAVIO, ADONIS) and process modelling standards (BPMN).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple requests and maintain documentation accuracy.
  • Familiarity with approval workflows and governance models.
