Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

About the Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who is passionate about partnering with leaders, driving people strategies, and creating meaningful employee experiences. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the business, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and supporting a culture of engagement, performance, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters.
  • Lead and support talent initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Use HR data and insights to identify trends and influence strategic decision-making.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Collaborate closely with other areas within the HR department, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development, and Benefits, to deliver cohesive and integrated HR solutions.
  • Provide HR support during Business Continuity Plan activations and emergency situations (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to business partnership roles.
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment laws.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic, analytical, and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage change and navigate complex organizational environments.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SHRM-SCP certification (preferred).
  • Bilingual proficiency:
    • Spanish – Advanced
    • English – Advanced
