We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who is passionate about partnering with leaders, driving people strategies, and creating meaningful employee experiences. What You’ll Do

Partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives.

Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters.

Lead and support talent initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.

Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Use HR data and insights to identify trends and influence strategic decision-making.

Drive employee engagement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

Collaborate closely with other areas within the HR department, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development, and Benefits, to deliver cohesive and integrated HR solutions.

Provide HR support during Business Continuity Plan activations and emergency situations (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
What You Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to business partnership roles.

Solid knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment laws.

Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.

Strategic, analytical, and data-driven mindset.

Ability to manage change and navigate complex organizational environments.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications

SHRM-SCP certification (preferred).
