Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Senior HR Generalist
to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a strong HR background within the EPC, Oil & Gas, or Construction sectors and should be well-versed in all facets of Human Resources operations and strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Lead employee
onboarding and induction
processes.

Manage
employment contracts

offer letters
, and
HR documentation
.

Oversee
employee medical and life insurance
programs.

Conduct
probation reviews
and coordinate confirmation processes.

Maintain and update
employee data in ERP systems

Process and manage
status changes
(promotions, transfers, resignations) with proper approvals.

Execute the
annual performance management
cycle.
-
Manage
reward and compensation structures
including increments, promotions, salary analysis, and incentive plans.

Drive
talent management
initiatives across departments.

Coordinate
employee engagement
programs and surveys.

Ensure compliance with
HR policies, labor laws, and internal procedures
.

Draft and maintain
job descriptions
for all positions.

Handle
disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and internal investigations
.

Conduct
exit interviews
, manage separations, and analyze attrition trends.

Generate
HR dashboards
, reports, and monthly
MIS summaries
.

Administer
HR letters, certificates
, and related documentation.

Maintain and update the
internal HR portal
.
Preferred Candidate Profile

8+ years of
generalist HR experience
in an EPC / Oil & Gas / Construction company

Strong command of
UAE labor laws
and HR best practices

Proficiency in
ERP and HRIS systems
