Position Summary

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new employees. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can attract, screen, and select qualified candidates efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening: Actively source and recruit candidates using various channels, including online job boards (like Indeed), social media, and professional networks. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Candidate Management: Manage candidate communication and maintain an organized candidate pipeline within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Interview Process: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner.
• Offer & Onboarding: Extend job offers and manage the pre-employment process, including background checks and reference verification. Assist with the initial onboarding of new hires.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate source.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment or human resources role.
• Skills: Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards like Indeed.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
