We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and lead high-quality recruitment for our fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions, ensuring top talent is sourced, assessed, and hired on time.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates for real estate, sales, and corporate roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the selection process with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports using ATS/CRM systems.
• Represent the company professionally during interviews and recruitment events.

Requirements:

• Euro-pean are prefered
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (real estate or sales hiring preferred).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
