Advisor – Institutional Research and Analytics

Institutional Performance & Effectiveness

  • Conduct comprehensive institutional analyses and studies that support continuous improvement across the university.
  • Develop methodologies, tools, and metrics to measure institutional effectiveness and track progress against strategic goals.
  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of institutional KPIs and performance dashboards.

Evidence‑Based Decision Support (with AI as a CoreDriver)

  • Provide senior leadership with accurate, timely, and data‑driven insights, enhanced through AI‑enabled analytics, to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
  • Leverage advanced digital platforms, artificial intelligence tools, and predictive analytics to strengthen analytical depth, scenario modeling, and forecasting capabilities.
  • Prepare reports, self‑studies, and documentation required for accreditation review and continuous quality improvement, integrating AI-based analytical validation where applicable.
  • Conduct deep‑dive analytical studies, including AI‑supported pattern detection and trend analysis, to inform high‑impact decision‑making.

Benchmarking and Comparative Studies

  • Conduct benchmarking studies at national, regional, and international levels to identify best practices and emerging trends in higher education.
  • Analyze comparative data to support institutional planning and performance enhancement.
  • Participate in sector-level environmental scanning and landscape analyses.

Data Management and Governance

  • Develop and implement standards, and procedures for institutional data governance.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, integrity, and consistency across university units.
  • Support the development of institutional data dashboards, analytics tools, and data accessibility frameworks.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives related to data governance and digital transformation.

Strategic Analysis, Foresight, and Scenario Planning

  • Conduct foresight studies related to higher education trends, program demand, and labor‑market shifts.
  • Prepare scenario analyses to inform strategic planning and institutional positioning.
  • Provide evidence‑based recommendations to support long‑term strategic priorities.

Strategic Projects & Institutional Initiatives

  • Support major strategic projects and institutional initiatives related to university positioning, growth, innovation, effectiveness, and digital transformation.
  • Contribute to the development of methodologies and frameworks for managing institution‑wide strategic projects.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Institutional Research, Education, Statistics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in institutional research, strategic planning, accreditation, or higher education analytics.
  • Experience working with data governance frameworks, digital transformation initiatives, and advanced analytics preferred.
