Job Description:

   Coordinate tender operations, handling the process from opportunity identification to contract award, focusing on efficiency, compliance, and competitiveness.

   Develop and implement tendering strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline processes, reduce risks, and increase success rates.

   Coordinate cross-functional teams in preparing and submitting tender proposals, ensuring alignment with deadlines, quality standards, and strategic goals.

   Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify tender opportunities, assess competition, and inform bid strategies, pricing, and strategic decision-making.

   Maintain tender databases and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for effective reporting, analysis, and compliance with procurement regulations.

   Assess tender outcomes and performance metrics, using insights to recommend corrective actions and enhance future tendering processes.
  
- 
   Support the development and maintenance of strategic planning processes and frameworks, aiding resource allocation, strategic decision-making, and performance measurement.

   Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes, using this information to adapt strategies and support organizational growth.

   Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop compelling tender responses, addressing client needs and differentiators effectively.

   Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders throughout the tendering process, maintaining positive relationships and addressing inquiries and concerns.
  
   Qualification & Years of Experience:
  
- 
   Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any other related field
  
- 
   6 – 10 years
