Investiflex is a fintech startup.

We offer a fully integrated quant trading system, providing access to predictive models, signals, and portfolio frameworks. Unlike most platforms, we offer full end-to-end investment capabilities: from AI modeling to trading strategies to order-to-execution logic.

We deliver high-quality trading signals designed to consistently outperform the market.

We partnered with an established trading platform processing over $3B in daily equity trades and with several crypto brokerages to enable our quantitative investment engine deliver actionable alpha.

Perhaps most importantly, we now live trade our own signals, and the results continue to validate our approach.

THE BOARD ROLE

Investiflex is entering the commercialization and platform scaling stage and selectively expanding its Board.

It is not an operational advisory role and not a consultative engagement.

We are forming a Board composed of senior operators, financiers, and capital allocators who engage as long-term owners.

Board Members are expected to bring:

• Strategic decision-making
• Industry insights
• Pattern recognition from financial regulatory processes
• Experience navigating inflection points

This Board is intentionally structured around ownership alignment and long-term platform stewardship.

BOARD CONTRIBUTION

Board Members may contribute to:

• Building and scaling relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and institutional investors
• Facilitating access to crypto markets, digital asset platforms, and hybrid financial infrastructures
• Strategic positioning at the intersection of traditional finance and decentralized finance (DeFi)
• Governance and oversight during regulatory evolution, product launches, and revenue model transitions
• Long-term capital strategy, including partnerships, fundraising, and balance sheet optimization

Engagement is strategic and periodic, focused on governance-level decision-making rather than day-to-day execution.

COMPENSATION AND ALIGNMENT

This is an equity-based Board role aligned with ownership participation in the company. Board participation is structured for individuals who view strategic contribution and capital alignment as inherently linked. This is not a cash-compensated seat.

IDEAL PROFILE

Candidates will bring senior leadership experience across one or more of the following:

• Capital markets leadership, including equities, derivatives, fixed income, or multi-asset platforms
• Institutional finance, including hedge funds, asset management, investment banking, or prime brokerage
• Digital assets, crypto infrastructure, blockchain platforms, or tokenized financial systems
• Financial technology, trading systems, market infrastructure, or enterprise data platforms
• Risk management, treasury, liquidity, or portfolio construction in complex market environments
• Regulatory strategy and compliance within global financial frameworks
• Capital allocation experience (hedge funds, venture, private equity, proprietary trading, or principal investing)
