Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Advocate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, provide expert legal advice, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for justice.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court, tribunals, and legal negotiations
• Draft and review legal documents including petitions, contracts, and affidavits
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and precedents
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes
• Collaborate with senior advocates and legal staff on complex cases
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
• Appear before District and High Courts as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university
• Enrollment with the Bar Council of India
• Strong legal drafting and research skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
