Legal - Deputy Manager / Manager [REAL ESTATE]

Position Summary:

We are seeking a mid-level experienced legal professional to assist the litigation team in handling cases before the civil courts, RERA and consumer forum.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage litigation - Draft and review pleadings (plaints, written statement, affidavits etc).

Have good knowledge of real estate laws. Ensure compliance with real estate laws, RERA, land laws and the regulatory changes.

Timely follow up of the company’s litigation and travel outstations to attend case hearings and support the external counsels in dispute resolution.

Should have experience in handling litigation related to land parcels, project approvals, title clearance, and ensure risk mitigation in transactions.

Interface with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders to represent the company’s legal interests.

Manage litigation documentation, record-keeping, and legal databases efficiently.

Key Requirements:

Education: LLB / LLM from a reputed university.

Experience: 8-15 years (with at least 5 years in court practice on land related disputes).

Expertise in:

Litigation management

Land due diligence, title verification

RERA compliance

Regulatory compliance
